The 2006 growing season was cooler than average,
with a late harvest allowing fruit characteristics to fully develop.
Lower yields resulted in grapes of exceptional quality
and great balance between sugar and acid.

Fermented in open top stainless steel vats
and aged in American and French oak
for a period of nine months to add structure and complexity.  

Plump with intense raspberry and mulberry fruit flavours,
                                    this wine is a real love affair.
   It has chocolate characteristics with a super smooth finish.
