2007 goose chase rose |
|
Region: |
|
Composition: |
60%Malbec, 40% Shiraz |
Vintage Conditions: |
The 2007 vintage was one of the earliest on record, with low yields and an abundance of sunshine. As a result, fruit ripened quickly and evenly, with good varietal definition. |
Winemaking: |
Free-run Shiraz and Malbec juice was drained off after 12 hours skin contact and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats. The wine was bottled young to retain freshness and vibrancy. |
