The 2003 growing season was warm throughout, allowing good
development of varietal aromas, tannins and natural acidity

Winemaking: Produced in traditional open fermenters
and matured in a mixture of French and American Oak .

                 and a smooth,lingering fininsh

Colour:
Deep red with purple hues.

Nose:
Freshly grounded pepper with a hint of spice
Palate: Flavoured with plummy fruit, a little dark chocolate and cracked pepper
with fine tannins giving a pleasant lingering fruit finish.
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol 14%
