2007 Chardonnay
Region: Margaret River

Composition:

100% Chardonnay
Vintage
Conditions:

The 2007 vintage was one of the earliest on record,
with low yields and an abundance of sunshine.
As a result, fruit ripened quickly and evenly, with good varietal definition.
Winemaking:Partial barrel fermentation and subsequent oak maturation and lees-stirring
has imparted subtle layers of complexity to complement good varietal fruit characters.
